Your First Session
Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief intake form so we can hit the ground running. This will give me a better understanding of your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. During the session, we’ll dive deeper into your responses, explore your story, and start crafting a personalised action plan.
