Navigating ADHD, Autism, or Executive Function Challenges?
You do not have to do it alone. Specialised life coaching since 2019 to help you find your focus and design a life that works for your brain. With over seven years of coaching experience, I know you’re not lazy and you’re not broken, you just need support that actually fits your unique life. No referral required.
Specialised Coaching for ADHD, Autism and Executive Function
My coaching is focused on adults with ADHD, Autism, and individuals experiencing executive function challenges. Many of my clients find coaching deeply impactful during major life transitions, such as moving into a new job, parenting, stepping into a leadership role, or navigating a late diagnosis when old routines and masking strategies no longer work. While I partner with people from all walks of life, I specialise in helping adults navigate high-level professions, including lawyers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and creatives. I have a particular interest in how executive function is impacted by anxiety, burnout, and co-occurring conditions like CPTSD. Whether you utilise coaching as a practical adjunct to an ADHD psychologist or as standalone support, we target procrastination, time management, and self-confidence to overcome overwhelm and focus on designing a life that fits your brain and nervous system.
Coaching is for anyone who shares a desire for something better or who feels stuck.

You know you’re ready to work with an ADHD Coach when you catch yourself thinking:
“I know exactly what I should be doing, so why can’t I just get started?”
“Why does a task that takes someone else ten minutes feel like climbing a mountain to me?”
“I have so much potential but no direction, – where am I going wrong?”
“My routines and strategies used to pull me through, but lately, absolutely nothing is working.”
“I am so overwhelmed by everything on my plate that I can’t begin”
“I’m just lazy and not good at life.”
"True momentum comes from focussing on your strengths, not your weaknesses, and leaning into your potential rather than your barriers. And the best part? You don't have to do it alone."
