Frequently Asked Questions

I recommend scheduling fortnightly (every two weeks) sessions. Generally, more frequent sessions you may feel rushed to execute your plans while less frequent sessions risk losing momentum.
Progress varies depending on individual factors. A minimum of 8 sessions is recommended to develop and implement meaningful change. At the end of this period, we will evaluate progress and I will support you to determine your next best step.
Referrals are welcome but not required. An ADHD diagnosis is not necessary to access coaching services. Life coaching and executive function coaching are also available.

Beginning ADHD coaching can be both exciting and a little daunting. It’s a process of self-discovery and learning new strategies to manage your unique challenges. It requires commitment and patience to see lasting results.

True and lasting change takes time. Just as learning a new skill or language requires consistent effort, so too does developing effective ADHD management strategies. Each coaching session builds upon the last, reinforcing new habits and creating a foundation for long-term success.

Many clients find that ongoing coaching provides valuable support as they navigate the complexities of their lives and nut out their schedules, and priorities, keep on track with shorter-term projects and work towards their long-term goals.

To get the most out of your coaching experience, it’s important to actively participate in the process. This includes being open to new ideas, willing to experiment with different strategies, and committed to making small changes between sessions. I’ll be there to support and encourage you every step of the way.
